Data and Security

Last updated: April 15, 2026

We understand that teams use Senso with sensitive customer and product data. Here is how we handle it.

Service providers

We may use trusted infrastructure and service providers (e.g., cloud hosting providers) to operate the service. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Data ownership

You own all data you upload to Senso.

Data isolation

Your data is scoped to your workspace only. There is no cross-customer visibility or sharing.

Model usage

We do not use your data to train shared or global models across customers.

AI processing is limited to analyzing your data to provide insights within your workspace.

Security

  • Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
  • We use secure cloud infrastructure in the United States
  • Access is restricted and controlled

Access control

Only your team can access your workspace.

Internal access is limited to a small number of authorized personnel for support or debugging, and only when necessary.

Data control

You can delete your data at any time.

We will remove your data from active systems and delete it from backups within a reasonable timeframe.

Incident response

In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you and take appropriate steps to investigate and resolve the issue.

Early-stage note

Senso is an early-stage product and we are continuously improving our security and infrastructure.

If you have specific requirements, we are happy to work with you.
