Senso provides a software platform that helps teams analyze product feedback, identify patterns, and support decision-making workflows.

By using Senso, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

You may use Senso only for lawful internal business purposes.

You are responsible for:

• the data you upload
• ensuring you have the right to use and share that data
• complying with applicable laws and regulations

You may not use Senso to:

• process unlawful or infringing content
• upload data you do not have rights to use
• process highly sensitive regulated data (e.g., health, financial, or government data) unless explicitly agreed with Senso

3. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Senso.

Senso does not claim ownership over your data.

4. Data Usage

We process your data solely to provide the Senso service and improve product functionality.

We do not:

• sell your data
• share your data with other customers
• use your data to train shared or global models across customers

5. Access and Security

Access to your workspace is restricted to your team.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption and access controls. However, no system is completely secure.

6. Service Availability

Senso is an early-stage product and may evolve rapidly.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the service if necessary to:

• prevent security risks
• address misuse
• comply with legal obligations

You may stop using Senso at any time and request deletion of your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senso is provided as is without warranties of any kind.

Senso is not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

Senso's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to Senso in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senso from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• data you upload
• your use of the service
• violation of these Terms

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves.
